Purpose Statement

To support the efficient operation of a function or department by providing administrative assistance which encompass various tasks aimed at ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication and delivery.
Education (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Education (Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge:

Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
General administration practices and processes.
Basic technology and data handling
Typical office equipment e.g. Printer, conferencing facilities
Experience:

2+yrs experience in an administrative or secretarial role or office environment
Skills
Attention to Detail
Communications Skills
Planning, organizing and coordination skills.
